Ideally, you can wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing made from natural materials like cotton. This helps your body breathe and energies move freely during the session.
Yoga mats are always provided, but feel free to bring your own.
At certain stages during recovery from an illness or injury, Hatha Yoga can be very beneficial. However, at other stages, it might not be appropriate. Since each person's condition is unique and every practice is different, we kindly ask that you inform in advance about any injuries or health concerns (including pregnancy when some practices should be avoided.)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session begins. This helps you settle in and ensures a smooth experience for everyone. It is essential not to miss any part of the learning process. For this reason, we follow a seemingly strict but necessary rule: once we started with learning a new practice, late comers will not be allowed to join in.
Please arrive on an empty stomach for class, restrain from eating a full meal 4 hours prior. Snacks are allowed up to 2.5 hours before class, juices are allowed up to 1.5 hours preceding class. Feel free to drink water ahead of class.
