Are you ready for explosive meditative states? Join us to discover the Isha Yoga Center together, in south India (Coimbatore), designed by Sadhguru. Explore and experience explosive meditative spaces such as the Dhyanalinga and Linga Bhairavi temple and immerse yourself in ancient yogic practices with the support of a trained Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher. Be warned: your idea of what is possible might get challanged.
1. From registration to the journey:
- Detailed explanation of the various programs at the ashram and their benefits.
- Customized visit planning: suggestions of flights, visas, local taxis and other preparatory steps for the journey.
- Precise preparation for the visit, so you know what to expect and feel prepared at every step.
2. Journey to the Ashram
- Let's travel together. Make the journey, including flights, layovers and taxis together as part of a group with an experienced traveller and certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher. (Given you purchase the suggested place tickets.)
3. Acclimatization, connection to the local community, and daily Sadhana
- Support with check in and initial arrangements in the Ashram
- Welcome tour to discover the different parts, facilities and hidden gems of the ashram
- Discover special processes and rituals together.
- Attend Pancha Bhuta Kriya
- You will have the opportunity to find out more and register yourself for advanced Isha yoga programs such as Bhava Spandana and Shoonya (subject to dates published by Isha)
- You will have the opportunity to get one to one consultation with Isha Ayurvedic doctors and receive special Ayurvedic treatments.

Due to the nature of the program it is not mandatory but highly recommended to learn at least one Isha Hatha Yoga practice before the travel that one can practice daily in the ashram.
