Children aged 7-14 can participate in yoga classes especially designed for this age group. Children’s classes may include one or more of the following practices:

  • Upa Yoga
  • Thoppukarnam (brain yoga)
  • Surya Shakti
  • Nadi Shuddhi
  • Mantra Yoga (AUM)
  • Yogic food
  • + Games

As these practices are tailored to children, they may slightly differ from those taught in adult classes under the same name.
