Both Nadi Shuddi and AUM chanting reestablishe balance in the energy system resulting in psychological wellbeing. Each of these practices can be done separately but it is especially beneficial to do these practices in combination.
Nadi Shuddi is a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows, by incorporating a certain pattern of breathing.
