Nadi Shuddi is a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows, by incorporating a certain pattern of breathing. It a simple form of pranayama, which reestablishes balance in the energy system resulting in psychological wellbeing and stability. When paired with AUM chanting its effect is even more impactful.
